Location and the staff. Restuarant offered many unique dinner selections.

The shower. Because it was an open shower water leaked on the bathroom floor. Musty smell in room.

It is a hotel with character. Not your ordinary hotel room. Doc Martin's is located next to the hotel, which is a great restaurant. There was live music in the lobby/bar area, which was relaxing and a wonderful place to spend the evening. Staff is very nice and helpful.

Well-maintained cheap hotel for 1 night in Taos. The rooms romantic, brand-new with bathroom, multiple windows. Helpful, highly courteous staff towards all guests. Wonderful, ideal location next to the alleyway to the parking lot. And so close to the square and other attractions, shops, museums and galleries in old Taos and the shops near-and-around the plaza.

Friendly reception in the lively main room, with good live music and everyone enjoying Margaritas. Taos is quiet but has an ethereal, magical quality. Maybe it was the tequila. Comfortable, quiet room at a good rate. Kit Carson's house around the corner. Love this place.

The willingness of desk staff to accommodate our wish for a wood fireplace instead of gas.

This place suits me perfectly! I love the free wi-fi, bar/lounge area, and 24-hour reception. On my first stay, the staff kindly offered me bug spray. I highly recommend it! I can't wait to return for Christmas.

The history of the building, and walking distance to the other historical buildings in Taos. I liked that I could stay and eat in the same building without walking, or driving to an unknown location. The staff were friendly, and made you feel welcomed. Every night they had some type of entertainment, either a band, or Native Indians doing a dance.
